In An Emergency
If your pet has a problem during surgery hours, please telephone the practice immediately on 020 8393 6056 and we will ensure that you are offered an appointment on a priority basis. Please make it clear that the matter is not routine and we will do our utmost to attend to you at the earliest opportunity.
The surgery is closed from 7pm to 8.30am on weekdays and from 12pm on Saturday to 8.30am on Monday.

There will be a message giving the telephone number of the dedicated Emergency Service, North Surrey Veterinary Emergencies at 4 Park Road, East Molesey, Surrey KT8 9LE.
Directions to Emergency Clinic
Head north on either A240 or A243, whichever is closest to you. When you reach the A3 take a left towards Hampton Court, turn onto the A309 and continue to follow this towards Hampton Court. At the roundabout take a left into Embercourt Road (B364), drive to the end and then turn right into Ember Lane. Ember Lane becomes Esher Road, keep driving until you arrive at a mini roundabout, turn left into Walton Road (B369). Continue for about 800m, take the fifth turning on the the right which is Park Road. The clinic is on the left about 100m along.

If you think your pet has been poisoned there is a helpline available to advise. There is a charge for this but you may not need to see a vet.
