Prices
Unlike in human medicine, there is no NHS for pets. All private veterinary practices are funded by the fees you pay. In order to maintain an excellent standard of surgical and medical facillities, fees must be set at a reasonable level.
To keep our prices as reasonable as possible we ask that payment is made at the time of service.
An estimate can be provided prior to carrying out any treatment so please don't hesitate to ask the vet if this is required.
We accept payment by cash, credit and debit cards
With prior agreement from the Practice Manager, if your pet has a valid insurance policy and their condition is claimable, we may be able to arrange direct payment from your insurance company in certain circumstances.
No refunds can be given on any drugs. Refunds on pet food are available within one month of purchase.
